David Murphy has been a practicing real estate appraiser in the greater Northampton area since 1980. David was a member of the Northampton Board of Assessors for seven years and remains a Massachusetts Accredited Assessor.

David was also a member of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers for eight years and twice served as chairman.
